Simple-to-use, reliable test control solution. It facilitates the measurement of results and accuracy verification of your Assure® Platinum blood glucose monitoring system.
Assure® Dose Control Solution comes in a set of two solution types, one Normal and one High. The results verification process is carried out by simply applying a required amount of the solution to your blood glucose monitoring system.
You should check your meter and test strips using Assure® Prism Control Solutions (Level 1 and 2). Assure Prism Control Solutions contain known amounts of glucose and are used to check that the meter and the test strips are working properly. The test strip bottles or individually wrapped test strip box have Assure Prism Control Solution ranges printed on the labels*. Compare the result displayed on the meter to the Assure Prism Control Solution range printed on the test strip bottle or individually wrapped test strip box. Before using a new meter or a new bottle or box of test strips, you should conduct a control solution test following the procedure with two different levels of control solutions (Level 1 and 2).
