The HemoPoint H2 Bi-level Hemoglobin Control Set is the preferred sample for quality control for the HemoPoint H2 Photometer. Quality controls, when assayed as actual specimen, are used by laboratories to evaluate whether a given component is performing with acceptable accuracy and precision.
Quality Control procedures include testing specimens of known concentrations (controls), recording the findings, and determining whether or not the values fall within the defined ranges to verify system performance.
