Fulfillment: A service offered to limited accounts, allowing you to concentrate on your core service expertise.

STAT Technologies can provide storage of our customers’ fleets of equipment, including Cholestech and/or Cardiochek analyzers, printers, all ancillary supplies and refrigerated product.

• We will maintain an accurate spreadsheet listing of all your equipment by serial number and location, whether in our possession or in the field.
• We will provide a customized order form/check list for faster ordering. This helps minimize human error in order taking and provides a tangible record of all orders placed.
• Upon receipt from the field, we perform a quality assurance check on each piece of equipment according to manufacturer and your specifications prior to storage. Stat will document that each piece of equipment was operational and approved, prior to its being returned to the field.
• Upon receipt of equipment from the field, any deficiencies will be documented and repaired on-site by Stat if possible at no additional charge. Stat will identify problems caused by field operators, shipping/packaging issues, and provide our suggested changes to reduce future damage.
• If requested, Stat will also use our relationships and purchasing experience to include a fleet warranty with the manufacturer on behalf of our customers.
