On-Line purchases through stat-technologies.sizeable.works can not be used to qualify for free LDX or CardioChek Loaner equipment.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card. You may also use your bank check card which is backed by any of the aforementioned credit card companies for transaction processing. We also offer Google Checkout and PayPal.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address or phone number provided with the order. Orders placed using different bill to and ship to addresses will require additional validation to ensure the protection of both the Purchaser and the Shipper.
If we reject your order, a credit will be applied to your credit card if a charge was made.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. This includes the purchase of merchandise approved for licensed professional use by a non-licensed professional. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
Stat Technologies may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Stat Technologies also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same stat-technologies.sizeable.works website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping and a refund will be issued less a 3% cancellation fee, with the exception of special order items. Orders for special order items may not be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
Stat Technologies will only ship to physical U.S.A. addresses. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central time will not be processed until the next business day. If you need a rush order, after 2:00 p.m. order, Saturday Delivery, Same Day Delivery, or to pickup an order, please call (800) 217-7828 to place your order (additional fees may apply). Our shipping terms are FOB: Origin. We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our dock. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Stat Technologies and shipping charges are non-refundable once an order is processed. You may have your shipment insured for an additional fee by calling our customer service line. Refrigerated items will not be shipped over the weekend. FedEx transit times do not include Saturday or Sunday. Stat Technologies will not be responsible for spoilage of refrigerated product if the shipping method chosen exceeds the transit time limitations.
Return Policy
Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange items for a credit or refund less a 15% restocking fee. You must call (800) 217-7828 and request a return authorization number prior to sending items back. Outbound freight charges will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for return freight charges. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Products purchased were refrigerated items
- Products purchased were special order items
- Product packaging is damaged or opened
- Product is listed is “non-returnable” on the product page
- Any and all COVID-19 related items including tests
If we ship you the wrong item, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
