Seeking a motivated individual who can manage incoming and outgoing supplies as well as provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be willing to learn our inventory management system. Experience with UPS and Fed Ex shipping systems preferred but not required. This candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility for warehouse management including shipping, receiving, physical inventory counts and managing 3rd party shipping relationships
• Physical ability required to lift 30+ lbs., comfortable to stock warehouse shelving.
• Manage incoming customer requests and orders.
• Track and maintain rental equipment
• Manage inventory including placing orders as needed with vendors
Additionally, beneficial skills would include ( but not required):
• Manage and maintain company website including but not limited to:
o Monitor, add content and manage site daily
o Collaborate with executive staff to ensure content is up to date and aligns with Company brand
o Monitor competitor websites
• Assist customer service team with answering phone calls and entering customer orders
